What if you could eavesdrop on a conversation between God, the Father, and one of His sons on earth? Perhaps you might discover the heart of a Heavenly Father who loves all of His sons and daughters. Perhaps you would learn about His perspective on life. Perhaps something might be said that relates to your own journey to know the Father intimately. Os Hillman decided to go on such a journey. He purposed to listen each morning for that still small voice. As he listened he wrote what he heard. Some days it was personal to him. Other days it was for all His sons and daughters. In either case, you will be encouraged and inspired by these short writings that are filled with glimpses of the Father's heart for His children. Beautiful book with embossed leatherette cover and ribbon bookmark. 292 pages.

A number of years ago my life was totally changed and impacted as I was made aware of how much the Father loves us for who we are and not for what we do. I had been so performance driven I had become a human doing instead of a human being, even when I started my ministry. Sadly I got much of my self worth, value and identity from what I was doing instead of from the Father had made me to be as His son. Since being set free to no longer be performance driven, but purpose led by my Father I have had the joy of helping many others come into that same place of freedom. Many have never experienced the blesses that a father should impart to a son which the Father did to His Son when He said: While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased; listen to Him!' [Matthew 17:5] There has been such a breakdown of fatherhood and a direct attack against the family that most even battle to pray to the Father as they have such a bad image of who He is.

Os Hillman in his book Listening To The Father's Heart helps you to see the Father for who He really is taking you to deeper depths of experiencing the Father's love enabling you to pray to Him boldly without fear. Many speak of us being in the Last Days, but few talk of the last two verses of the Old Testament which says: Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse. This book is part of the fulfillment of these verses and is much needed to remove a curse which is plaguing most nations today. It is a must for every believer who wants to know the Father more. This book is helping me grow even more in getting to know my heavenly Father and be able to help others to even more.
