The Truth Mirage: The Online Course

This course was designed to help Christians who feel unprepared to explain or defend their faith in a confused culture - gain the clarity and confidence to understand, evaluate, and respond to the worldviews shaping the world around them.

Here is what you will accomplish after the course:

Module 1: Foundational Lesson - Understand what a worldview is and why it shapes everything you believe and do.

This lesson lays the groundwork for everything that follows. You'll learn what a worldview is, how every person's beliefs fit into one, and why understanding worldview is essential for living a consistent Christian life. Dr. Freddy Davis shows why so many believers are drifting without realizing it, and how a clear biblical worldview protects your faith, your family, and your church.

Module 2: The Major Worldviews - Gain clarity on the belief systems competing for your heart and mind.

Our culture is shaped by competing belief systems, many of which sound reasonable on the surface. Drawing on decades as a worldview trainer, missionary, and pastor, Freddy walks you through each major worldview, what it believes about reality, and how to recognize it in everyday conversations, media, and culture.

Module 3: The Truth Mirage - See through ideas that look like truth but cannot hold up.

Not everything that looks like truth is true. This lesson shows you how to compare and contrast competing worldviews, identify their weaknesses, and evaluate them against the truth of Scripture so you are never caught off guard by convincing-sounding ideas.

Module 4: Worldview in Action - Discover how beliefs shape ethics, law, politics, and economics.

Worldviews don't stay in the classroom. This lesson shows how each belief system plays out in ethics and morality, law, politics, economics, and every arena of society, so you can understand the times and respond with wisdom.

Module 5: Where and How You Should Move Forward - Become a confident ambassador for Christ.

This lesson gives you practical guidance for living out and sharing a biblical worldview in your home, church, workplace, and community. With Freddy's guidance, you'll leave with clarity on how to engage a post-Christian, post-truth culture with confidence and grace.
