Leadership Books began with a shared frustration—and a bold vision.

Bestselling author Michael Stickler, publishing strategist Arthur Ritter, and creative design guru Kimberly Stickler saw firsthand what was happening in the industry: traditional publishing had become a walled garden, nearly impossible to break into, while the self-publishing boom flooded the market with poorly edited, forgettable books. So the three of us built something better.
