Pastor Larry Ely has over thirty years of experience in leadership and ministry as a student pastor, speaker, teacher, supervisor, writer, consultant, and coach. He currently works as the Director of Coaching at LEAD222 where he trains and mentors student ministry leaders. He is passionate about the need for better leaders and better leadership. Larry holds degrees from Taylor University and Indiana Wesleyan University.
Dr. Daniel Ely is a retired Professor of Biology and Physiology, National Institute of Health (NIH) funded biomedical researcher, American Heart Association researcher, and NIH reviewer. During his tenure at the University of Akron, Dan was awarded Researcher of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and Professor Emeritus. He has over forty years of experience in leadership, teaching, research, and ministry.
