Elmer Towns is dean of the B.R. Lakin School of Religion at Liberty University, which he cofounded with Jerry Falwell. His books include Fasting for Spiritual Breakthroughs, Praying the Lord's rayer for Spiritual Breakthroughs, and Praying the 23rd Psalm. He resides in Lynchburg, Virginia.

This book was quite helpful in allowing me to write 2 excellent essays on Paul & Nehemiah. I enjoyed learning details that I had not learned before. The entire book is filled with inspiring and insightful advice with hands on information that is very relevant in today's world. Aside from all we can learn from the original Biblical leaders, also included are modern day known leaders and their accomplishments to inspire and motivate us as well.
