I loved the concept that leaders who lead from a place of goodness are the key to a unified team. When I started my company I led from a place of wanting to be liked. Over the years I struggled with this--and this book, The Power of a Graceful Leader has helped me to identify and clearly define the difference to wanting to be liked, telling the truth and growing as a leader. This is a book for everyone!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is extremely well written and clear with explanations of how the different topics pertain to life in general. Although I am not current in the workforce, I found it very helpful to family life as well as the various relationships I am involved in. This book has something for everyone and is well worth the time invested to read and gather the gems written among all the pages. I will be passing it on to my daughter who is in a managerial position and can benefit from the wisdom written within. Thank you Lexy for the gift of this book.
This book is so powerful with the teaching of how to be graceful in everything we do. I loved everything about this book, it has changed the way I look at things and how I will handle things to come.
Very well thought out book. The author share personal stories to help put things in perspective. You will see it as a valuable tool for both at work and at home.
