I finally finished it, and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was highly informative and provides the reader with many life lessons. After reading this book, you will definitely think differently and handle stress and stessful situations better. I definitely plan on reading this book again to try to gain more.
If you listen to the Breakfast Club, the Brilliant Idiots Podcast or read his first book you have heard him speak about most of the things in the book already, but it was great to get the clinical information from each experience from he book.
