Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
--Proverbs 9:9
Upon announcing his retirement, Daryl Ward documented ministry lessons for the elected successor, his son, Joshua. Loosely modeled after Apostle Paul's writings to mentees like Timothy, Letters to My Son: Advice for Today's Pastors and Christian Leaders extends his experiences to emerging church leaders seeking new sources of inspiration.
In this book, you will learn:
- Strategies to manage administrative and leadership teams
- Fresh, proven insights about marriage and ministry
- Techniques to enhance your partnership with God to fulfill your call

REVIEW:
"Rev. Daryl Ward has given us a document of dedication that deals with ministry, suffering, sacrifice, service and transition. Throughout Letters To My Son: Advice for Today's Pastors and Christian Leaders, we hear and feel 'the sound of the genuine' (Howard Thurman). The sound comes from God through Daryl Ward and his multiple experiences as a sacred gift to us and coming generations. Thank you, Rev. Ward, and thanks be to God."
