If we are not learning, we are becoming obsolete. And, well, we might be anyway with today’s rate of change. However, in my attempt to continue to grow, I am beginning the process of blogging.
I am excited to share my ongoing learnings about talent and how we as employers can sharpen our skills around interacting with all the people who come together to make our enterprises run.
I have been fortunate to have been able to interact with some really smart people since the release of my book. People on the front lines, working with people in crisis to people at the top of organizations employing thousands of individuals. For all of them and all of us, it is becoming more and more critical that we (employers) become more intentional about how we interact with our people. I hope the information I share here will be helpful to some, I also hope it will spark some healthy dialogue that will make us all better as employers and ultimately benefit the people who entrust us with their livelihood.
