The recent tragic incident of a Brazilian airplane succumbing to a graveyard spiral served as a poignant reminder of my own professional and personal "graveyard spiral" experience.
In aviation, a graveyard spiral occurs when a pilot loses spatial orientation and unknowingly enters a descending turn that tightens as they pull back on the controls. Similarly, in life and business, we often find ourselves in situations where our instinctive reactions only worsen our predicament.
