Navigating Life's Graveyard Spirals: A Lesson in Letting Go

The recent tragic incident of a Brazilian airplane succumbing to a graveyard spiral served as a poignant reminder of my own professional and personal "graveyard spiral" experience.

In aviation, a graveyard spiral occurs when a pilot loses spatial orientation and unknowingly enters a descending turn that tightens as they pull back on the controls. Similarly, in life and business, we often find ourselves in situations where our instinctive reactions only worsen our predicament.

I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to share my journey of recovery with over 120,000 viewers through my TEDx talk. The key to my turnaround? Learning to let go of the controls.

Curious about what happened when I released my grip on a situation spiraling out of control? Watch my TEDx talk here: https://lnkd.in/efhq2f7EĀ

Have you ever found yourself in a personal or professional "graveyard spiral"? How did you navigate your way out? Let's discuss strategies for recognizing and recovering from these challenging situations.
