This is a must read for all Christain leaders. I am the head elder of a local church and this year had been a very challenging year. As I have read through LEADERSHIP PAIN, I have been comforted to learn that the decisions we have a group pf Elders have taken, were the right decision, despite the vocal challenges of many and even the choice of a few folks to leave.
